Tadd Aiona

Tadd began his legal career focusing on the defense of real estate professionals sued for fraud and professional negligence.

He has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury lawsuits, wrongful death claims, and business and partnership disputes.

Tadd has litigated environmental claims, including CEQA (California Envirmonmental Quality Act), and has prosecuted and defended actions involving water contamination, toxic mold, and construction defects.

He has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including discovery, law and motion, and trial practice.

An avid bicyclist and musician, Tadd plays lead guitar in his band Easy Street.
